Rithmic and MB Trading

Logic to parse the decade on a futures instrument will expire in 2018 for Rithmic and MB Trading connection technologies. Resulting in the wrong decade being resolved for any 2018 futures expiry. Required update for all Rithmic and MB Trading users, please see Advisory #32 for more info.
