Crude oil is increasingly in focus as the policy decisions of interested governments and broader coalitions drive crude oil prices out of the $65 - $83 trading range seen for most of the year. While the crude oil bulls are happy, higher crude oil prices result in higher gas prices and could have an exacerbating effect on inflation.
